Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed orders are honoured at the price at which they were placed.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, with a full refund issued within 5-7 business days.
Order confirmation is subject to product and flower availability — fresh stems can sell out, especially around Onam and the wedding season.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, festival closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The recipient (or someone authorised) must be available at the delivery address — repeated failed attempts may require re-scheduling at an additional charge.
For same-day delivery, orders must be placed and paid before 4:00 PM IST.
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund.
Same-day orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing, before our florists begin preparing the arrangement.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Perishable items (flowers, cakes, sweets) cannot be returned once delivered.
We guarantee 100% freshness for every arrangement that leaves our workbench. If you receive a damaged or unsatisfactory product:
Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
We will replace the product or issue a full refund — your call.
Actual arrangements may vary slightly from the images shown — flowers are a natural product and no two stems are identical.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including missed occasions due to delays outside our reasonable control.
