Wrong product delivered to the recipient.
Significant quality issues with the arrangement (wilted stems, missing flowers, broken vase).
Delivery not attempted on the scheduled date.
Missing items from your order.
Natural wilting after 3–5 days — this is normal for fresh flowers.
Damage caused by the recipient after delivery.
Incorrect delivery due to a wrong address or pincode provided at checkout.
Orders not claimed or recipient unavailable at the address.
Change of mind after successful delivery.
Report within 24 hours. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.
