Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Customer

You can cancel your order at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.

• Requests made less than 24 hours before delivery may not be accepted if our florists have already begun preparing the arrangement.
• For same-day delivery orders, cancellations are not accepted once the order has been processed and handed to our delivery partner.

2. Non-Cancellable Items

Personalised gifts, perishable items once dispatched, and same-day delivery orders placed within the express window cannot be cancelled. Custom wedding decorations and bulk orders for events also become non-cancellable 48 hours before the event date, as we begin sourcing specific stems for your order.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. If the order was cancelled by us due to non-availability of stems or an undeliverable address, a 100% refund will be issued immediately.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please visit our Contact Us page with your Order ID. Our team will respond within one business hour during working hours (8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Mon–Sun).
